Do you have a “bucket list?” You know, a list with all things you hope to one day accomplish before you, well, hit the bucket? If you don’t have something written down, chances are you have at least thought about those activities or tasks you would want to complete before the end comes. But what if we changed up the requirement of the bucket list a bit? What if we made it a little less morbid and little more fun?
We asked the members of thePlate Community to share with us a few of their nutrition-related “bucket list” like ideas with us. You know, what foods they still have yet to try, what nutritional goals they still have left to accomplish. These goals are all great and maybe, just maybe, you might find yourself inspired to add them to your own “must do” or nutrition bucket list!
