Amanda Leddy, RDN
Amanda is a Central Michigan University graduate where she earned her Bachelor’s of Science in Dietetics. She became a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist in 2016.
Amanda’s passion is to inspire others to life a healthier, fulfilled life through a non-diet approach. She believes in the Health at Every Size paradigm (HAES) to help clients focus on their bodies internal cues and not the number on the scale.
Amanda aspires to help her clients feel empowered to overcome obstacles and develop mindful eating practices focusing on positive relationships with food and the body.
Amanda’s experiences and passions include working one-on-one with both pediatric and adult populations. Her focus is on health without diets and ditching food rules to develop sustainable, long-term wellness.
Amanda is available to see clients virtually through the Healthie app as well as in person at our Midland locations Monday, Wednesday and Thursdays after 5pm and Saturdays 10-2pm.

- Amanda has a 14 year old son who keeps her very busy being a “sports mom” 🙂
- Amanda is an aspiring yogi and loves to incorporate it daily
- Favorite foods are sushi and pizza
- She is a self-proclaimed “foodie” and enjoys trying new restaurants
