It’s simple, delicious, and uses ingredients that you don’t have to feel bad about. I love it when that happens! Remember, eating healthy doesn’t mean you have to eat boring foods. Instead, focus on foods that incorporate new ingredients or flavor combinations. If you do, you might just be surprised at how good “healthy” food actually tastes.
Most of these ingredients should be relatively easy to find too.
Want to give Mac -n-Mo’s Morselicious Mix a chance? Around the Plate readers can use the discount code TENMO at checkout and receive 10% off their order. Isn’t that great? After all, the only thing better than eating healthy is doing so affordably.
Are there any “healthy” foods you’ve tried and been surprised at how good it actually tasted?
