Recipe: Kale Chips Ingredients:
1 bunch of kale
1 Tbsp olive oil
1 tsp of seasoning of choice (garlic powder or seasoning salt work well)
1. Preheat your oven to 350 degrees
2. Line a cookie sheet with parchment paper.
3.With a knife or kitchen shears carefully remove the leaves from the thick stems and tear into bite size pieces. Wash and thoroughly dry kale, preferably with a salad spinner.
4.Drizzle kale with olive oil and sprinkle with seasoning.
5.Bake until the edges brown but are not burnt, 10 to 15 minutes.
This recipe makes around ten 1/2 cup servings
