Foodie Review: Van’s Natural Foods PB & J Sandwich Bars

When it comes to snacking, snack bars are often a common staple for many. They’re ideal for on-the-go noshing and easy to store in easy-to-reach places when hunger strikes unexpectedly.

With snacking on the rise, its no wonder that snack bar choices have multiplied and can be found taking up whole aisles in grocery stores. Although variety is usually a good thing, increased options often means increased confusion. After all, a snack bar isn’t just a snack bar anymore.

Although a snack bar shouldn’t be your go-to-snack, choosing one with wholesome ingredients and one with less than 200 calories can be a great way to curb hunger in between meals. You also want to make sure it tastes good – otherwise, whats the point?

That’s why we’re loving Van’s Natural Foods new Gluten-Free PB & J Sandwich Bars. These snack bars taste amazing and ring in at only 160 calories. Made with certified-gluten free oats, each bar contains 10 grams of nutrient-rich whole grains. There are also no artificial colors, flavors, preservatives, hydrogenated oils or GMO oils.  Choose from Blueberry and Peanut Butter or Strawberry and Peanut Butter – both taste amazing and are surprisingly satisfying. The worst feeling ever is grabbing a snack bar because your famished and then realizing after you’ve eaten it, you’re still hungry. You won’t have to worry about that with these bars.

  1. Vans snack bars sound great. I’ll have to see if I can find some. Recently, I’ve been snacking on Nakd bars. They’re truly excellent in that they’re made entirely from cold-pressed fruit and nuts so are 100% raw and natural. They’re absolutely delicious though. I’d highly recommend them.
