includes 1 question. we’ll also set both a short-term healthy eating goal.
30 min: $30
includes 2-3 questions. we’ll also set both a short-term and long-term healthy eating goal.
60 min: $60
includes 4-6 questions. we’ll also set both a short-term and long-term healthy eating goal + we’ll review your food intake over the last 3 days.

$80 – buy 3 30 minute sessions and save $10!

$120 – buy 2 60 minute sessions and receive a free 15 minute check up.

$180 – buy 3 60 minute sessions and receive two free 15 minute check ups.

A special note about these sessions: All sessions are done online or by phone. Once you have purchased your session, you will receive an email from Kati with all the necessary information to set up your first session. If you need to cancel your appointment, please do so 24 hours in advance so that we can reschedule. If you fail to do so, the option to reschedule will be voided and you will have to go through the process of booking another appointment, including payment, to set up another appointment.
