Mo offers a healthy alternative to cookies and is on a mission to change the way we eat snacks & treats. Katie Caputo MS, RD, is a Detroit-based Registered Dietitian specializing in nutrition and health communications. As a public relations and food industry expert, Katie helps develop and implement strategic platforms for health professional, consumer and media outreach programs. She has created social marketing campaigns and customized media content aimed at engaging communities in healthy and nutritious lifestyles.
Katie earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Dietetics from Michigan State University. She then went on to complete a Masters of Science in Public Health Nutrition from Case Western Reserve University concurrent with her dietetic internship training.

Amie Valpone, HHC, AADP is a Manhattan based Personal Chef, Culinary Nutritionist, Professional Recipe Developer and Food Writer specializing in simple Gluten-Free, Dairy-Free ‘Clean’ recipes for the home cook. She is the Editor-in-Chief of The Healthy Apple where she shares her passion for and approach to ‘Clean Eating’ by focusing on whole foods and ingredients that are good for you and your body. Amie is a Food Media Expert and was previously the Culinary Nutritionist for the NBA Fit Program.
